There is nothing more important than a healthy and fit body, a healthy body reflects an elegant personality. One should take care of his/her body despite his daily routine. Your age, job, and status mustn’t restrict you to achieve a healthy living. Do the following to keep your body as young as you want :
“BE A YOGI”- Yes! you heard it right. Be dedicated to your lifestyle. Yoga being a part of our culture connects us to our history. It links mind with soul with heart and will lead to a peaceful life.
DO THESE ASANAS DAILY TO STAY FIT
Give your precious 15 minutes to yoga, be it morning time or evening hour. Keep in mind not to eat anything prior to yoga at-least for 3 hours.
A) Suryanamaskar– Also called Sun Salutation, this is most effective asanas which include 12 yoga postures within a single sequence. Doing this regularly will make you stay lean and fit. Do five reps daily.
B) Chakrasan– Also called Wheel pose. This pose strengthens your spine as well mid portion. All you need to do is balance your body weight with your mid portion. take deep breaths and focus on your belly part you will feel muscle stretching there. Hold this for 30 secs and then repeat.
There is much yoga poses for different benefits. You can stay lean within your comfort zone and without an expenditure of a huge amount of money. The best thing about yoga is it the linkage between your inner-self and outer world. Practice them daily, be punctual and stay slim and healthy.
“Eat Healthy & Stay Healthy”. Be choosy about your diet. Avoid oily stuff, eating in unhygienic places, half cooked or extra cooked.
Do the following:
#Be in love with fruits- As they are healthy and nutritious. But don’t forget to wash them before.
#Don’t overcook your food– Food is as delicate as you are. Be conscious while you are with them. Try not to overcook them as overcooking can lead to release toxins. Which is not good for your beloved body.
#Eat everything– be it apple or bitter-gourd. Every item has its benefits and nutrition level. Don’t miss them.
“Rest is Best“, Our body is not a machine. Even your own PC ask you to charge it after using it for a while. Same goes with your body, it can function properly only when you charge it. Eating is not enough you must take an undisturbed nap for at least 6-8 hours a day for your brain to function properly. Doesn’t matter how busy you are you brain needs rest, and when your eyes start falling off consider it as signal please connect the charger, i.e. give him some time as it can’t take any load further.
