Backs surgical strike against Pak, Netanyahu hails Modi as a “great leader”

New Delhi Jan 15: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has acknowledged PM Modi as a “great leader“. On speaking at a press conference Benjamin Netanyahu mentioned that he will let India make his “own choice” in concern with Indian surgical strike on Pakistan.
In an India Today interview on Sunday evening Netanyahu told that “I will let India make its own choices“.
However, He mentioned in his same statement that there are only two ways to deal terrorism, one is “to preempt it” through intelligence and secondly by “taking action against the killers”
The Israeli Prime Minister skirted a direct reply to repeated questions about the surgical strike. He states that ” He is trying to be a Foreign Minister and a diplomat“. He claimed that Mr. Modi is a very “great leader” and he is very focused on the peoples future of his country.
Benjamin Netanyahu is the second prime minister from Israel after Ariel Sharon to visit India in 2003. On speaking on the relations on India-Israel he said that’s its like marriage made in heaven and one vote of India against Israel will not effects both the country relations. Israeli PM mentioned that however, Israel was “very disappointed” on India’s vote against it on Jerusalem in the UN.
He strongly pointed that this visit of mine to India can be considered in the directions of building strong relations between both the country.
