Clashes explode in Jerusalem after President of America Donald Trump recognizes it as Capital of Israel. Whole Islamic world and Arabs are against this decision.
Clashes erode up on the west bank when one Palestinian was killed, this affected whole Israel-Gaza border.The most violent disputes on Thursday occurred in Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Hebron, plastic coated rounds and tear gas was fired by Israelian forces to control the protesters.
Repeatedly two missiles were launched against Israel later on Thursday, both detonated within the coastal enclave. Hundreds of protesters gathered around the fence of Israel-Gaza border and had a clash with Israelian forces making the situation harder to handle.
Israel deployed extra forces at the West Bank, as the Palestinian leaders called for the protest after Friday prayer. Hundreds of protestors were forced to get off the old city as the old walled area has been historically known for violence.
After the foundation of State in 1948, US is the first country to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. So the American officials in the middle east are being taken to safe areas, as near the US embassy in Amman protestors burned US flag along with the pictures of Trump.
217 Palestine protestors were injured, a 30-year old protester was killed and a lot of people were injured on Gaza order as Israelian forces open fire against people pelting stones on the border post.
Reaction of different Nation
As the Israelian Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu exclaimed it as “historic and courageous”. Meanwhile, Arabian countries are condemning this decision of Trump. Saudi Arabia royal court called it “unjustified and unpredictable” and Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan denounced by saying that, Trump has thrown middle east into “Ring Of Fire”.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas referred Trump decision as “deplorable”. Iran said Trump is trying to provoke war in the Middle East. Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi warned that Trump decision will ruin the peace in the Middle East.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that The America’s official recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital defies common sense. While Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he is deeply concerned with the decision of Trump.
India is not in support of Trump decision. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said,” Indian embassy will remain in Tel Aviv till Israel and Palestine walk on the same decision.”
