After Padmavati, Tiger Zinda Hai is facing protest of people of Valmiki community in Rajasthan. On Friday, peoples of Valmiki community tore and burnt posters of the film protesting against an alleged use of a contemptuous word by the actor in a recent interview.
Additional Commissioner of Jaipur Police Prafulla Kumar said that “at 2 cinema halls the posters were tore and burnt and 30 peoples of the community were taken in preventive arrest from different areas.”
He also added that no one was injured and the situation was taken under control.
The secretary of the community, Jitendra Haritwal said that Mr. Salman has used a disrespectful remark in his last interview. He added that protest was in all over the state, posters were burnt and screening of the film was hampered in the different part of the state.
