MP CM urges people to spread oneness through Ekatm Yatra

Vidisha (Madhya Pradesh): MP Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has appealed to the citizens to spread love and oneness through Ekatm Yatra.
The Ekatm Yatra will reach Omkareshwar on January 22, 2018. Mr. Chouhan added in his statement that the statue of Adiguru will be built in Omkar Parvat. and the “The cooperation of people is unprecedented. We should spread love and oneness through this yatra among peoples“.
Ekatm Yatra is planned by the Madhya Pradesh Government for the collection of the metal pieces to built a 108-feet tall statue of Adi Shankaracharya at Omkareshwar(MP). The statue is proposed to be installed on the banks of the river Narmada in the famous temple town of Omkareshwar which also houses one of the 12 revered ‘jyotirlinga’ shrines of Lord Shiva.
Earlier, A state-level organizing committee of 98 members, including religious leaders, ministers, administrative officers, experts, and educationists, has been set up to conduct the yatra effectively and peacefully.
The Ekatm Yatra, which was flagged off by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on December 27, 2017, will conclude at Omkareshwar on January 22, 2018.
